  I was having some issues with my laptop and couldn't figure out what was wrong. I brought it in to New Orleans Laptops, which is family owned, to get checked out since it was near my home and the pricing was reasonable. By the 2nd day of dropping off I got the phone call that my laptop was ready for pick up! Wow! Was not expecting it to be so quick. My laptop was returned in perfect condition, but rather than having issues it was actually working again! Thank goodness! The customer service was friendly and professional. Hopefully I don't have anymore issues in the future, but if I do I will return!

  One year ago I may have agreed with the other review. As of today, they have had my computer for three weeks. They called the day after I dropped off the computer with the estimate. I told them I was out of town and wanted to know when the part was received so that I could be certain I would be able to pick up the repaired item. I was given the impression the part would be ordered that day. When I went to pick up the computer, I was informed that the part had not been ordered because they needed an additional deposit which they wouldn't have been able to take over the phone because their credit card machine does not take manual entries. Today, their idea of remedying the situation after I paid in full for the repair is to tell me they are too busy to speak with me and when I kept calling to speak with the person who DOES the work, they have now blocked my calls. I have been bringing my computer to NOLA Laptops for three years and the service at the front desk has gone decidedly downhill. The repairs are still excellent but I will, unfortunately, need to go elsewhere moving foward.
